We want you to be satisfied with Agentkith. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for a paid subscription.
1. Subscriptions
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds within 48 hours
If you are not satisfied with Agentkith, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Renewals
Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable after the renewal date.
2. No Lifetime or One-Time Plans
Agentkith's current paid offering is a monthly Pro subscription. We do not currently sell annual, lifetime, or one-time licence plans.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if:
- The request is made outside the 48-hour window.
- We detect abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
- The account has been suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The date of purchase and the plan name.
- A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).
We aim to respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
